Backend Developer - Java/Golang/Node.js

Job Title : Backend Developer Duration : 6 Months : Remote Work Hours : Full-time (Aligned with company timings) Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred, or within 15 days Experience : Minimum of 6 years in backend development Technology Stack : Primary Languages : Java, Golang, or Node.js Other Skills : Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms Database Knowledge : MySQL or PostgreSQL Message Brokers : RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka Key Responsibilities : Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 6-9 years of experience in software development, focusing on building critical applications for production in a Linux environment. Technical Proficiency : Strong command of design patterns, build tools, GIT version control, SQL, and Linux systems. Proven coding skills in at least one programming language from Java, Golang, or Node.js. Data Structures & Algorithms : Strong understanding and practical experience with data structures and algorithms. Additional Knowledge (Optional) : Familiarity with Python or Machine Learning is a plus. Problem-Solving Skills : Strong debugging, diagnostic, and analytical skills for problem-solving and performance optimization. Software Development Lifecycle : Experience in end-to-end software development lifecycle processes, including requirements gathering, specification writing, documentation, testing, release management, and post-release maintenance. Advanced Knowledge : Experience in data modeling, security measures, performance tuning, and scalability. Independent & Team Collaboration : Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team to achieve project goals. Adaptability : Capable of quickly learning and effectively implementing new technologies as required.
