Senior Data Scientist - Customer Behavioral Modelling

Job Description : We are looking for a Data Scientist - Customer Behavioral Modelling to join our Data Science team, who will work on developing behavior modelling & customer segmentation solutions. As a Behavioral Data Scientist, the candidate is expected to break down the business problems to appropriate AI ML problem and develop practical, easy to implement solutions that enhance business value. Experience : Min 3 years Job responsibilities : - Developing data, AI, ML, DL solutions to model customer behavior to help make key business decisions via customer segmentation, targeting & prioritizations and customer behavioral analytics. - Develop Behavioral Models : Design and develop predictive models and algorithms to understand and predict customer behavior, segmentation, profiles. - Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methods to build accurate customer targeting & prioritization models. - Analyzing large-scale customer behavioral datasets to identify patterns, trends. - In-depth data exploration and data mining to develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, segmentation and engagement models, customer profiles, build customer targeting engines and personalization frameworks in order to empower product teams to holistically design for the end user. - Analyze huge volumes of historical & current customer behavioral data to make predictions and customer prioritizations. - Building analytical frameworks utilizing from the domain of marketing mix modelling Required skills : - Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics & Computing, Engineering or other quantitative-focused field - Minimum 3 year experience in data science, machine learning & deep learning - Experience in customer behavioral & segmentation modelling. - Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms - Classification, Clustering, Tree-based models, Segmentations, Dimensionality Reduction, Neural Networks (LSTM, RNN etc.) - Strong experience in Python, PySpark, Machine Learning libraries (sklearn, statsmodel, numpy, pandas, seaborn, matplotlib) & Deep Learning Libraries (Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch) - Analytical toolset including an advanced understanding of statistics including time series analysis, cluster analysis, multivariate analysis, linear and non-linear optimizations Preferred / Good to have skills : - Immediate Joiner - Understanding of financial domain. - Prior experience in marketing mix modelling, customer analytics, affinity analysis, market segmentations - Should be proficient in AWS services (Sagemaker, DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, ECR, ECS etc.) - Experience in popular MLOps framworks like KubeFlow, MLFlow etc. - Strong experience in building ML/Automation Pipelines from scratch (including model versioning, model and data lineage, monitoring, model hosting & deployment, model optimization, scalability, orchestration, continuous learning) - Experience in Natural Language Processing & Understanding for sentiment & polarity analysis etc. Behavioral Competencies : - Willingness to learn, self-motivated, self-driven - Ownership and team-sprit - A quick learner with analytical rigor, curiosity, open-mindedness and creativity. - Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to others - We solve complex, completely new problems in the financial domain which requires someone who thrives on challenges and is focused to deliver exceptional results. - If this role sounds like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every preferred requirements listed above.
