The position is permanent, hybrid mode and with great social benefits. Microsoft Power Platform - Development of Power BI reports using the company's various data sources. - Creation and updating of data sets to ensure the reliability of information. - Design of visuals to meet the specific needs of management and operations. - Proposals of reports and tools to optimize operational processes. - Maintenance and updating of applications developed under Power Apps. - Automation of administrative processes to improve efficiency. - Design, implementation and management of a centralized data warehouse. Business analyses - Use of BI reports and other tools for in-depth business analyses. - Development of analyses and identification of avenues for operational improvements. - Review of current processes and formulation of recommendations for improvement. - Design and implementation of new optimized business processes. - Close collaboration with senior management to produce strategic analyses. Information Technology - Serve as the primary point of contact for the external IT support team. - Plan and lead monthly strategic meetings with the external IT team. - Monitor the external team's compliance with security standards. - Guide the external team in assessing and optimizing IT equipment. - Supervise the quality and performance of the external support team. - Ability to intervene on urgent requests when needed. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree or university certificate in administration, business analysis or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role Mastery of DAX, PowerQuery M and SQL languages Knowledge of the Business Central/NAV environment (an asset) High initiative and autonomy in managing responsibilities Strong team spirit and excellent sense of collaboration Ability to synthesize and clarify complex information Advanced intermediate bilingualism (English and French)
