Company : MNC IT Company Role : D365 CRM Developer/Lead Type : Permanent (No third-party payroll) Location : Hyderabad, Bengaluru Joining : 0 to 30 days / Immediate Joiners Job Description : Role and Responsibilities : - 5 years relevant experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with C# .Net background - Experience on Customizations : Java Scripting, Custom Workflows, Plug-ins in .NET to communicate with CRM, Plug-in scenarios, registering plug-in, debugging plugins/workflows. - Knowledge on custom workflows, OOB workflows and Power automate flows. - Customizing Forms, Views, Security concepts. - Experience on managing the solutions and deployments. - Hands on experience on Azure API integrations Services. - Good knowledge on creating processes like Business Process Flow, Actions, Dialogs and Workflows. - Knowledge on C#, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Windows Application, Web services. - Experience or Good knowledge on CICD Pipeline for CRM deployments - Good to have strong knowledge on SQL Queries. - Good to have Dynamics 365 certification. - Ability to work effectively in both an independent and team environments. - Comfortable working in a scrum team. - Excellent communication and organization skills. Qualifications and Education Requirements : - Overall IT experience 5 years. - Good communication skills. Preferred Skills : - Good to have banking domain experience on Dynamics projects - Customization and configuration with OOB in D365 CE - Hands on Experience on CRM SDKs and Web APIs - Experience on SharePoint Integration with Dynamics 365 CE - Ability to work on Power Platform and Azure Integrations - Design and Develop Power Apps (Model driven Apps Canvas Apps Cloud Flows) - Configuration management - GIT / GitHub / Azure Repos (ref:hirist.tech)
