CASHe - Associate Product Manager

Job Description : Specifically, we are looking for a Product manager, who will be responsible for the following : - Responsible for complete analytics around the product and diagnostics of product functionalities - Ownership of every feature of the product lines being looked into, in terms of user behaviour and performance - Conducting extensive user research and behavioural research to understand consumer behaviour. - Coming up with possible changes and improvements on the features and conducting pilot tests to gauge viability and response. - Owning the implementation of new features through coordination with tech and business teams. - Responsible for setting up analytical frameworks to track key metrics, and deep diving into individual feature performance The broad requirements for this role are as follows : - Having managed product lines in the past, preferably in the fintech space - Preferred start-up/mid-sized company experience, with a passion for building disruptive products - 2 years of experience in a product role - Experience with Python, preferred but not required - Experience and inclination with data-driven decision making - Experience with SQL, Mandatory (ref:hirist.tech)
