Techvantage Analytics - Senior Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Please note that the person has to work from office(Trivandrum-Kerala) for at least 4 days a week for the initial 2-3- months in office until candidate can independently deliver. Experience Level - 3 to 5 years' experience of Positions - 1. What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate ? - Salesforce Developer with solutioning capabilities to cater business needs and mentor junior team members. - Design and development of new business functionalities and enhancements using the Salesforce Platform. - Drive projects and work with onshore counterpart in delivering the requirements. - Deliver effective solutions by leveraging both declarative (configuration) and programmatic (custom development) capabilities in Salesforce. - Optimize Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force, Lightning) and debug possible root causes of issues with knowledge of best practices understanding on coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF & Security implementations. - Understand client's business challenges/requirements and offering/developing solution to these Involve in providing value additions to the project, giving technical presentations and learning up new upcoming technologies as per business need. - Participate in complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment. - Provide technical documents for reference. - Understand best practice and coding standards. - Ability to recommend best practice Salesforce solutions based on business needs and objectives. What is the expectation from the candidate's current role/profile ? - Must have 3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce Platform both in development and admin activities. - Driving projects from a technical front and technically mentoring the salesforce team. - CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). - Develop custom and out of the box solutions using salesforce functionality (APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components, Visual Force, Triggers, etc. - Experience of 3rd party integrations using SOAP/REST APIs. - Expertise in working on salesforce integration. - Ability to design and develop scalable solutions. - Professional with Salesforce Certified Developer 1 (PD1) or Administrator (ADM201) is desirable. - Experience with front end languages and backend tools for web engineering (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, API's JavaScript,JQuery HTML5, and CSS). - Extensive Experience on Lightning Design System, Lightning Experience, Lightning web Components, , Apex Triggers, Batch Classes and Queueable Apex. - Extensive experience in Flows, Record Pages, Console Apps, Reports and Dashboards, Dataloader. - Code review and mentoring junior team members. - Excellent skills for troubleshooting and writing industry standards test classes and test cases. - Knowledge of software development processes, object-oriented programming, web development (HTML & CSS) & best practices. - Agile working experience will be a plus. - Good communication and interpersonal skills & experience in handling/communicating with overseas clients. - Must function well in a fast-paced environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high. - Have an interest in and a willingness to learn and utilize new technologies.
