Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Consultant with expertise in delivering SAP SD implementations across multiple projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customizing, configuring, and supporting the SAP SD module to enhance and streamline sales and distribution processes, with experience in both ECC and S/4 HANA environments. Key Responsibilities : 1. SAP SD Implementation & Support : - Facilitate the implementation and ongoing support of the SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module. - Design, customize, configure, and test module processes to meet business requirements. 2. Business Process Design & Troubleshooting : - Identify and address gaps and issues in the SAP SD module and provide effective workarounds. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules. 3. Expertise in SAP SD Functionalities : - Demonstrate proficiency in various SAP SD functions, including : - Organizational Units & Master Data : MTO (Make-to-Order) and MTS (Make-to-Stock). 4. Sales Process : Inquiries, Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Returns, Consignment Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Credit/Debit Memo Requests, Rush Orders, Cash Sales, and Back Orders. 5. Pricing Management : Configure pricing conditions, including Minimum Order Value/Price, BoM pricing, and related pricing structures. 6. Sales Order Management : Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BoM) concepts. 7. Integration with Other Modules : Experience in integrating the SD module with FI, MM, PP, and QM modules to ensure seamless data flow across the organization. 8. Reporting & Documentation : - Provide regular reports on system performance and project progress. - Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, process flows, and workarounds. Skills & Competencies : - Technical Expertise : Strong experience in SAP SD module within ECC and S/4 HANA environments. - Integration Skills : Familiarity with integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules, particularly FI, MM, PP, and QM. - Sales Force Integration (Preferred) : Prior experience integrating SAP SD with Sales Force is highly desirable. - Manufacturing Industry Experience : Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus. - Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and resolving system gaps. - Communication & Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. Qualifications : - Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP SD Module, with at least 3 successful project deliveries in India. - Deep understanding of SAP SD functionalities, including master data, sales order management, and pricing structures. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred (ref:hirist.tech)
