The Role : The Senior Technical Project Manager will collaborate with Tech and Product teams to oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple high-impact development projects, ensuring timely delivery and enhanced service quality. This role involves leading project teams, managing stakeholders, and driving excellence in project execution. Responsibilities : - Lead the execution of multiple development projects, from conception to final delivery, ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap and organizational goals. - Work closely with stakeholders during the initial stages to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable plans for internal and external teams. - Oversee the project scope, budget, schedule, and contractual deliverables, utilizing best practices for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. - Ensure high-quality output from development teams (internal and external) and vendors through effective leadership, delegation, and monitoring, while enforcing strict quality control processes. - Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and remove project blockers, optimizing resources and ensuring smooth project progress. - Manage all project documentation, including wireframes and mock-ups, to ensure clear communication and adherence to project requirements. - Oversee every phase of the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met, responsibilities are clearly assigned, and progress is effectively monitored. - Provide regular, detailed progress reports to management, highlighting key project milestones, risks, and solutions. Requirements : - 7-8 years of experience in the software development field with proven expertise in managing complex projects across hybrid delivery models. - Expertise in agile project management methodologies, tools, and leading change in fast-paced, evolving technology environments. - Strong understanding of full stack development technologies. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jira, GitHub, and other industry-standard platforms. - Experience in QA/Testing is preferable. - Exceptional time management skills with a track record of meeting SLAs and deadlines. - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges (ref:hirist.tech)
