Heady Technologies - Senior Backend Engineer - Node.js

About the role : We are growing rapidly, and looking for self-motivated, Senior Backend Engineers with a minimum of 5 years of work experience. Heady is looking to build multiple teams to work on high-availability scalable backend systems that will support mobile and web applications for major retailers. As a result, the candidate should be able to design, develop, and test the products required for the company's needs. Moreover, the candidate should be able to work with other developers in determining product strategy. Primary responsibilities : - Designing and implementing server-side logic and database architecture - Ensuring application performance, scalability, and security - Resolving technical depth across multiple languages - Integration with Social Media and E-commerce APIs - Shopify, Salesforce, Facebook, YouTube, Twitch. - Cloud computing integration-e.g., public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, or private cloud environments - Leadership experience - Collaborate with front-end developers for seamless application integration - Implement automated testing and participate in code reviews - Monitoring and debugging critical notifications along with the team - Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in backend development - Express, NestJS - Proficient in writing REST APIs - Strong expertise in database & designing of MongoDB, MySQL and PostgreSQL - Good to have hands-on experience in technologies like C#, Python, Serverless, Documentation & UML, Pair-Programming, Docker, Terraform About Heady : We offer a multitude of services - strategy, user experience design (UX), user Interface design (UI), software engineering, testing, marketing, analytics, and maintenance - all of which come together to form a successful product.
