Technical Program Manager - Agile Methodologies

Overview : Quadrant Technologies seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager with 8-15 years of experience. This role is a six-month contract position where the Technical Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing complex programs, managing cross-functional projects, and aligning deliverables with Quadrants strategic goals. The role requires expertise in program and project management, software development, data visualization, and product management, focusing on impactful product launches and technological innovation. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage multiple, cross-functional programs simultaneously. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. - Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet milestones. - Ensure effective risk management, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. - Collaborate with engineering teams to define software development goals and timelines. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Manage product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with customer needs. - Generate insights from data using advanced reporting and visualization tools, including Power BI. - Create dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making for stakeholders. - Automate reporting where possible to ensure real-time access to program and project status. - Implement Agile methodologies to streamline project execution. - Support DevOps practices, integrating them into the development and deployment processes. -Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely deliverables. - Lead initiatives in Cloud Computing, Big Data & Analytics, ERP & CRM Solutions, and Mobile App Development. - Provide expertise in Artificial Intelligence to guide technical decisions and integrate AI capabilities as required. - Serve as a technical advisor to both internal teams and clients, ensuring all projects meet industry standards and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 8-15 years in a similar technical program or project management role. - Proven track record in managing complex programs in a technology-driven environment. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in data visualization and report generation, especially with Power BI. - Background in Software Development and Product Management. - Strong analytical skills, able to derive insights from complex datasets. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices. - Hands-on experience with Cloud Computing or Big Data & Analytics. - Understanding of ERP & CRM Solutions. - Experience in Mobile App Development and relevant frameworks. - Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
