Job Description : Location : Chandigarh (Tri-City area candidates only) Experience Required : 2 - 4 Years Education : B.Tech (Computer/IT) or MCA - Computers Key Responsibilities : Requirement Analysis & Collaboration : - Thoroughly understand business and customer requirements. - Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams. Test Planning & Documentation : - Develop test strategies and test cases tailored to client requirements. - Maintain detailed documentation for comprehensive testing coverage. - Review and provide feedback on technical and business documents. Manual & Automated Testing : - Execute manual tests for web and mobile platforms. - Report and track defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure resolution. - Create and run automated regression test suites for each release. Defect Tracking & Reporting : - Track and resolve defects, providing timely updates to management. - Deliver daily status reports and suggest improvements for testing processes. Project Management : - Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. - Adhere to defined project timelines and task completion. Continuous Improvement : - Stay updated on new testing tools and methodologies. - Propose system improvements to enhance product quality. Automation & Efficiency : - Write and run automation scripts for regression testing. - Work with technical teams to optimize automation frameworks. Skills and Competencies : Testing Expertise : - Strong skills in both manual and automated testing on web and mobile platforms. Technical Skills : - Knowledge of Test Cases, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and automation frameworks. Documentation : - High attention to detail and clarity in documentation. Collaboration & Problem-Solving : - Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical abilities. Adaptability : - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Industry Knowledge : - Experience in logistics and supply chain domains is a plus. Continuous Learning : - Proactive approach to learning and improvement.
