Job Description

Job Description : Tech Skills : Contact Center Technologies : - Deep understanding of CXone products, including NLU (Natural Language Understanding), AI (Artificial Intelligence), CRM integrations, APIs, ACD (Automatic Call Distributor), IVR (Interactive Voice Response), and ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition). Development and Configuration : - Experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages (beneficial). Project Management : - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Responsibilities : Implementation and Development : - Provide technical configuration and, in some cases, programming to tailor CXone solutions to client requirements. - Develop and enhance existing applications within the CXone platform. - Manage and coordinate changes to ensure system stability and functionality. Technical Consulting : - Consult with clients on technical aspects of CXone solutions, including NLU, AI, integrations, and other features. - Recommend best practices and advise on industry standards for digital CXone products like Bots and AI. - Document and design business requirements based on client needs. Project Management Support : - Assist project managers with organizing inter-departmental and external tasks. - Collaborate on drafting and designing end-to-end project rollout plans. - Support the project manager in managing product enhancements, change control, and system lifecycle development for small and large-scale implementations. Requirements : - Minimum 2 years of experience in contact center solution implementation or a related technical field. - Strong understanding of CXone products and their functionalities. - Experience with configuration management tools and scripting languages (a plus). - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Professional demeanor and presentation (ref:hirist.tech)
