**Job Title: Building Engineer****Job Description**We are seeking a Building Engineer 2 (E2) to monitor building system operations and performance. Responsibilities include using skills such as plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling on equipment such as air handlers, chillers, pumps, valves, etc. The role involves organizing and performing preventative maintenance schedules, managing energy management programs to ensure efficient system operations, and maintaining the building lighting system and overseeing controls.**Hard Skills**+ 3+ years experience in HVAC engineer or building engineer role+ Chiller maintenance experience preferred+ Knowledge of building management systems and controls+ Experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) and working off work orders+ No license required**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Cambridge, Massachusetts.**Work Environment**Collection of 11 commercial buildings in Kendall Square, part of Boston Properties**About Aerotek:**We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
