Skills and Responsibilities: •Work on ITSM tools •Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution •Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies. •Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies. •Team leadership activities include mentoring Jr support technicians. •Must Have: Design and provide Solution on PeopleSoft Architecture. •Strong expertise on People Tools 8.5x •Must have recent hands-On experience with People Tools and PUM upgrades. •Strong knowledge of update/change assistant and hands on experience applying PeopleSoft maintenance and application/Tools upgrades and PUM. •Setup, configure, and maintain all PeopleSoft application environments and accompanying Oracle databases in accordance with industry best practices. •Strong hold on Integrations for PeopleSoft Inbound and Outbound Processes. •Well versed in Peoplesoft Migration activities. •Extensive experience working with People Tools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Security, Tree Manager, PS Query, Data Mover, Import Manager, Upgrade and Change Assistant in PeopleSoft application. •High level Oracle Database Administration & Configuring the Operating Systems to support PeopleSoft Oracle databases. •Experience with Windows/Linux/AIX3 OS Server administration. •Resolve application related vulnerability findings. •Understanding in OS related activities like SFTP connectivity, support application specific tasks during OS/DB patching. •Assist application team with infrastructure requirements. •Nice to Have: Strong Communication Skills, Flexible work timings •Participate in day-to-day aspects of a Project meetings like planning, review, and daily stand-ups. •Experience with ITSM tools like Service-Now or similar tools. •Must be able to work with Business Customers, Line Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a professional and collaborative manner to define strategies and implementation approaches.
