Analyst, Dealer Receivables

This is a 12 month contract role. Hybrid-2 days in office, 3 days remote Reporting to the Supervisor Field Communications, the incumbent is responsible for monthly exception reports, providing support for additional reporting, supporting the dealer network inquiries on individual dealer payments, processing dealer payment on a monthly basis, and supporting phone and e-mail inquiries for exception requests, as well as any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. They will also produce weekly / monthly dealer inquiry summary weekly to identify trends of dealer inquiries and provide recommendations to reduce confusion/questions from the dealer network. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create monthly workable document from multiple source downloads; Review portal claims; Communicate with team on Program Payment as needed; Analyze payment request types for trends and escalate potential payment risks, and process payments and required corrections through manual system; Communicate payment request to executives and summary of payments to zone; Update Offender Report with Exception Report results; Back up support for other analyst as needed; Provide dealers with payment timing (eFiling, AJ’s); Review and manage outstanding receivable requests from dealers or dealer network(from all zones) and provide summary of payments; Identify inquiry trends and report to Sales Ops; Any additional manual payments as needed (Model Year payouts, Price protection, Parts credits etc); Provide dealers answers to their payment inquiries; Identify inquiry trends and report to sales operations; Provide Sales Ops with a weekly dealer inquiry trend report Sales Program Administration, Sales Program Payment; Provide possible root cause for the trend and action plan recommendation; Trouble shoot any issues with key stakeholders (IT, Financial Control, Accounting etc.); Any other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree in business, Finance, or accounting; 2-3 years analytical experience; Automotive experience in retail and/or wholesale sales is an asset Strong Analytical, strategic, and research abilities; Strong communication skills and relationship buildings kills; Advanced Microsoft Office ability– advanced excel skills required; Multi-tasking, initiative, and strong attention to detail.
