Python Backend Engineer - Django/Flask

Position : Python Back End Engineer. Location : Delhi NCR, Hybrid (subject to change) Overview : We are a US based startup with a stellar ex-FANG team spanning across US and India. We are bringing AI to solve some of the most pressing problems in the consumer services industry. About the Role : As a Python Developer, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our core platform. You'll be responsible for designing, writing, testing, and deploying high-quality, scalable Python code. You'll also collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers to bring our vision to life. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) - Proficiency with React. JS - Build and integrate APIs for seamless data exchange - Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality - Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) - Automate tasks and processes using Python scripts - Stay up to date with the latest Python technologies and best practices - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features Requirements : - 3 years of experience as a Python developer - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts - Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) - Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases - Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., unittest, pytest) - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Passion for AI and a desire to make a difference in the B2C service space - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) (a plus) - Experience with DevOps practices (a plus) Education : - UG : M.
