PureFuel are currently engaged with a Global Blue Chip FMCG business who are looking to add an ESG Strategy & Compliance Manager to their existing team.

This is an opportunity to be right at the forefront of developing the companies ESG Strategy and implementing industry leading initiatives across the FMCG space.

The company we are representing have put Sustainability right at the forefront of their focus and have their CEO / MD driving the topic across their global operation. This role includes regular interaction with this individual and the ability to be highly creative and autonomous in your approach.

Your role will cover duties across ESG Strategy, ESG Compliance, Ethical audits, environmental due diligence, human rights, supply chain decarbonization, ESG Metrics / ESG reporting, ESG standards and ESG frameworks.

We need a candidate for this with the following background:

• Experience working within the FMCG sector in a stakeholder facing ESG Strategy role
• Knowledge of ESG Standards & Compliance within the food & agri sector (Human rights, ethical auditing, living wage, fairtrade etc)
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent data tracking & reporting experience
