Solutions Architect

Role: AWS Solutions Architect Duration: 1 Year Position: Contract Bilingual: French and English Hybrid role A career as a solutions architect in the Digital Delivery and Banking Services team at Bank means participating in a major digital transformation project that will allow you to surpass yourself, while working closely with the Bank's various sectors. This job will allow you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your expertise in systems integration, Domain Driven Design (DDD) concepts, solutions and cloud services, in delivering large enterprise solutions or through your strong business sense and excellent communication and influence skills. Your job • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs (functional and non-functional) with the goal of designing quality end-to-end technical solutions that are composable and aligned with business objectives. • Evaluate and recommend appropriate emerging technologies, platforms and tools for each project, while ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure and compliant with industry standards: • Integration Pattern: Identify the most appropriate integration patterns, such as APIs, streaming, microservices architecture (MSA), containerization/serverless, that enable scalability, maintainability, and are decoupled, secure and cost-effective. • Domain-Driven Design (DDD): Apply DDD principles to solve complex problems while delivering a composable architecture. • Deliver cloud-native or hybrid solutions by identifying the most appropriate AWS services for the project context, such as Serverless services and/or containers. • Develop and implement robust security measures to protect data, applications and systems, while ensuring data security, privacy and regulatory compliance. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting and explaining technical solutions while leading and mentoring a team of developers throughout the project lifecycle. Prerequisites · Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and ten years of relevant experience or Master's degree in Information Technology and eight years of relevant experience · Proven experience as a solutions architect, focusing on large-scale, complex solutions · In-depth knowledge of software design and development using JEE, Spring Boot, Kafka technologies · Proficiency in AWS cloud services such as EKS and Serverless, as well as structured and unstructured databases such as Aurora, RDS, DynamoDB, elastic cache Redis and S3 · Proficiency in modern ecosystem concepts, technologies and solutions, including composable architecture, microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, web and mobile solutions, security and cloud services; · Mastery and technical experience of API security standards such as (SSO, Oauth 2, OIDC) · Excellent communication and influence skills. · Strong ability to synthesize, analyze and popularize. · Experience with agile methodologies. · Holding an AWS Solution Architect Associate or Professional certification is an asset. Languages: French English Reason for requiring this language: to frequently communicate with our suppliers or partners who speak a language other than French.
