Business Analyst (D365)

Our client in the professional services sector is seeking a contract based Senior Business analyst with expertise in D365 F&O, SCM, and e-Commerce integrations. Location: Remote Duration: 4 months Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Business Process Design: Collaborate with business users to discuss and design business processes within the D365 application. Functional Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive functional design documents and communicate effectively with the technical team for implementation. Functional Testing and User Support: Conduct functional testing, support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide assistance throughout the testing phase. D365 Application Support: Provide managed services support for the D365 application, addressing incidents, implementing new changes/enhancements, and ensuring smooth integration with other systems such as eCommerce platforms. Requirements: 5 years experience D365 Finance & Operations (F&O), especially in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse Management modules. Proven track record in integration projects, specifically with eCommerce systems. Excellent skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process design. Ability to prepare detailed functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for execution. Experience in conducting functional testing and supporting users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Demonstrated experience in D365 application support, including incident management and implementation of enhancements.
