Operations Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON - Hybrid Duration: 12 month contract Pay: $45.50/hr Description: The Operations Analyst will identify and deliver operational improvements on a day-to-day basis and also be responsible for enhancement of Seller Experience from Item Inbounding to returns. This person will be the SPOC between Supply Chain and Business. This person would also be expected to spend 10-15% on site at the Fulfillment Center as well as the RC, establishing processes and managing cross-functional collaboration between multiple teams. Major Responsibilities: 1) Monitor daily operational performance of key Metrics such as On-time shipment, Unshipped Orders, Inbound SLA, Undelivered Orders, Returns Rate to identify opportunities and issues 2) Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency 3) Work on the Returns charter, improving visibility, processes and reducing Disputes 4) Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across different assets such as Fulfillment Operations, Transportation to implement processes in a scalable format 5) Engage with Sellers/ Account Management team on a regular basis to understand pain points of the platform 6) Improve Data visibility and Reporting of all Supply chain metrics, working with Supply Chain and Analytics
