Program Coordinator (requirements)

Our client in the professional services sector is looking for a contract based Program Coordinate with experience in marketing technology and program level delivery of requirements. Location: Hybrid 2d - 3d/week Toronto Duration: 5 months extension option Responsibilities Program-Level Requirement Management: Oversee and manage requirements from a program perspective, ensuring alignment across workstreams and consistency with the program’s end-state goals. Gatekeeper Role: Act as the primary gatekeeper for program requirements, maintaining oversight and accountability to ensure alignment across various teams and stakeholders. Marketing Automation Expertise: Leverage knowledge of marketing automation tools and databases, ensuring that strategies are effectively integrated into the program. Platform Familiarity: Utilize experience with Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce as marketing enablement systems, integrating these tools within program initiatives. Program-Level Leadership: Provide leadership as the senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for multiple integrated projects, ensuring cohesive progress and alignment with business objectives. Expert Communication and Stakeholder Management: Adapt communication strategies to effectively engage a diverse set of users and stakeholders, ensuring maximum impact and clarity. Requirements: 5 years experience in business analysis with experience in program-level coordination and managing requirements for large, integrated projects. Familiarity with marketing automation systems and databases. Experience with Adobe , Braze , and Salesforce as key marketing enablement platforms. Expert communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to adapt messages to various audiences. Demonstrated ability to align project requirements across workstreams to achieve program objectives.
