Job Description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced ATR Business Analyst - SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) on a contractual basis to support and optimize SAP PM systems for our client’s organization in Calgary, AB. In this role will be analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, configuring SAP PM modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient maintenance operations. If you have a strong background in SAP PM, a solid understanding of asset management, and excellent problem-solving skills, we are looking for you Location: Calgary, AB Job type: Long term contract | Full-time hours Work Schedule: Mon- Fri, 8 hour a day Responsibilities: Support the modernization of software customizations, integrations and implementation of any included new functionalities Lead and participate in process reviews (or creation or updating of associated documentation) working with stakeholders and the creation of requirements documentation Participate in standards and process creation, reviews, updates, development and documentation as well as deliver in standards, policies or process education and awareness Develop requirements specifications and business design documentation Perform initial Data QA / completeness checks on finalized functional design documents Steward completed documents through the approval/sign-off process, including providing background and facilitating clarifying discussions (as required) for reviewers and approvers Clarify questions on the functional design specifications for the developers who will document the technical specifications Participate in the creation of test scenarios, test cases and test scripts within formal Functional, Unit and Integration testing including the validation of data transformations and load results Identify testing defects and assist in their resolution Participate in data standards and process creation, reviews, updates, development and documentation from a strong technical writing perspective Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language Be the liaison between the project teams, technology teams and support teams Manage and execute on required stakeholder and client engagement across project deliverables to support project plan and scope outline Collaborate with project team members to progress the project forward as per project plan and scope outline Work closely with People Readiness team (OCM, Communications, Learning) to help identify / validate stakeholder change impacts, provide technical review of communications and contribute to training curriculum and learning content Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, workflow diagrams, and context diagrams Qualifications: Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Calgary, AB At least 10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity Direct working experience or project experience in business areas or functions Oil &Gas/Energy industry experience would be considered an asset Seasoned SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Business Analyst, experienced in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), business process transformation, implementation, and support. Experienced working on SAP PM implementations in SAP ECC and having experience working in SAP S/4HANA with SAP Fiori would be an advantage. Experienced working with cross functional technical team in Oil & Gas, with proven skillset of creating value from business requirement gathering, documentation and business process modeling. Preference will be given to candidates with SAP Signavio BPM modeling experience. Experienced working with EAM related business processes that are managed using connected applications such as Prometheus Web (Planning & Scheduling and STO) and Primavera P6, among others.
