Job Description
We are looking for a parts, accessories and apparel, business and logistics representative who’ll be tasked with using problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to complex issues related to shipping, orders and deliveries for our valued dealer network and internal sales team. By providing quick and efficient support and adopting a “white glove” approach, you will be key to our success in reaching unprecedented customer service. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Promptly assess and process all forms of critical requests. Act in the best interest of the dealer and take the necessary steps to efficiently and effectively fix mistakes related to: - Shipping: Cross-Ships, Short-Ship, Over-Ship, Parts damaged in shipping - Orders: Stock errors - Undelivered orders - Blocked orders - Invoicing errors - Delivery: Delays - in transits, ETAs. Conduct the appropriate research and allocate credits related to incomplete shipments, returns and transport fees. Provide a responsive and personalized Concierge service for our sales force for all subjects related to shipping, order and PAC delivery. Possess excellent knowledge of the particularities of warehouses, and our carriers and suppliers. Work jointly and in collaboration with the purchasing and logistics teams. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Experience in customer service with knowledge of order-to-delivery processes. A basic degree or any relevant qualification. Bilingual English/French. Any other language would be considered a strong asset. A passion for serving our customers and dealers. An excellent communicator who can adapt easily to different circumstances, individuals and situations. An understanding of the basic operation of a supply chain system. Demonstrated ingenuity for providing solutions with the ability to make decisions requiring creativity and initiative. Knowledge of the SAP and dealer management systems will be considered an asset.
