Operations Coordinator - Specialized Transport

Western Dimensional is a specialized transport and logistics company that provides fully integrated logistics solutions for heavy-lift and project cargo. We are looking for a rail operations coordinator to join our team. This position is full-time and in-person at our Toronto office. Responsibilities: Coordinating freight movements with outside suppliers (rail, road, marine) Railcar ordering, billing, tracking, and expediting Providing daily reports to customers for ongoing freight movements Developing logistics strategies for complex multi-modal projects Managing project documentation such as: rail clearances, drawings, and transport permits. Prior operations experience in the transportation, rail, freight forwarding, or rigging industries Post-secondary education in business, supply-chain, construction, or engineering Great communication skills What we Offer?
