Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Prepare work orders and establish schedules for work planning Prepare quotes and purchase materials Support service refrigeration technicians in the more complex quote process Invoice work All other related tasks Requirements Any training relevant to the position (estimating, refrigeration, administration, an asset) Experience and knowledge in the field of Refrigeration (an asset) Mastery of the software ( Eye on task, an asset) Excellent command of the French language both orally and in writing mandatory English functional Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) Job Type : Full Time, Permanent Benefits : Flexible hours Working hours : From Monday to Friday Job location : on site Reliable
