Job Description

Principal Responsibilities: Work with Regional Supply Chain Manager, Retail Managers and Regional Admin Coordinators to develop action plans to meet the KPIs Track and report KPIs monthly Manage and troubleshooting WMS (Warehouse management system) Define action plan to improve inventory levels. Optimize dashboards for KPIs tracking, by using Messer tools (such as SAP datasphere and Analytics) Ensure that warehouse item configurations and attributes are kept current. Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with computerized records. Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and streamline inventory processes Coordinate activities with the various teams (Marketing, Buyers and Regional Admin Coordinators) to: Review service level and implement corrective actions Define order process for longer lead time orders Review and maintain proper replenishment parameters in line with the inventory movements and status Coordinate internal movement of excess inventory and/or returns to vendors Requirements: SAP, Oracle or any major ERP experience / proficiency and knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Access Strong analytical and planning skills Details oriented and able to manage large SKU 25.000 Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities Action oriented, self-starter and comfortable with making decisions quickly Bilingualism (French and English) is a must Good written and oral communication skills Requirements: Diploma: Minimum bachelor’s in supply chain, APICS certification will be a plus. Minimum 3 year in inventory management role
