Position: Dynamics 365 F&O Business System Analyst/ Functional Consultant Location: Concord, Ontario Job Type: Full-time permanent, Hybrid Our client, a leader in the construction/ real estate space, is currently seeking a Dynamics 365 Business System Analyst with experience in the Finance and Operation (F&O) Module to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with Dynamics 365 as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or functional consultant, with a focus on F&O module. Experience with D365 migration projects or post-migration support is highly desirable. Responsibilities Meeting with end users to conduct needs analysis and GAP analysis, and subsequently implementing D365 enhancements based on these findings. Future state process mapping Training end users on Dynamics 365 functionalities. Setting up F&O reporting, including customizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports within Dynamics 365. Excellent communication skills are essential as the position requires interaction with vendors and senior stakeholders. Patch management and providing 1st and 2nd level support for Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth operation and resolving any issues promptly.
