Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Project Delivery Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. This is a HYBRID role, 2 days onsite, downtown. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks. - Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. - Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members. Required Skills: - Proven experience in project management and delivery. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role.
