THE JOB We are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team of Instructional Designers and Program Coordinators. Our team develops high quality learning solutions for our Talent, Clinical, Education, and Public Safety markets. Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development Design, you will collaborate with and provide research, administrative, and customer support to team members as well as external clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO •Support day-to-day administration of LMS •Review and update training resources and materials •Help with user testing for learning products •Assist facilitation and administration of live webinars and learning events •Support CE applications and renewals WHAT YOU BRING You work best when you own your projects and become energized by using your problem-solving skills to improve processes and deliver results. You are comfortable working independently and at the same time, enjoy relationship building with colleagues and understand the value of asking for support.
