Business Analyst

Job Title – Business Analyst Location – Hybrid – Greater Toronto Area Contract – 12 months Visa Status – Must be GC / CC 3 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably with Financial institutions Proven ability to lead Requirements elicitation sessions and ask effective questions to uncover information and complete requirements Agile experience – various ceremonies like daily stand up calls, working in sprints, retrospectives, writing Epics and user stores, acceptance criteria, tracing, process mapping etc Proficiency in using agile tools – some examples are Jira, Confluence, Kanban, Visio Strong communication, comprehension and follow up skills Own and execute on timelines Must be collaborative with a bias to action Experience working with vendors is an asset Technical knowledge, engineering/innovation mindset and experience is an asset CBAP and Agile certifications – not required but would be considered an asset
