Job Description

Information Technology Manager Annual Salary Range: $83,000 - $96,000 St. Paul’s Foundation is seeking an Information Technology Manager to join its Team. Reporting to the Director, Information Systems & Data Management (Director), the IT Manager oversees the administration, support, and maintenance of key business application systems. This position works closely with all business areas to effectively maintain and administer business application solutions and provides general systems-related support to the Foundation. You will manage IT projects, allocate resources, and serve as a key point of contact with staff and the health authority IT service provider. In this role, you will: Implement IT infrastructure strategies, ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of systems and network resources. Maintain and optimize the organization's hardware, software, SAAS tools and other technology assets. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure a seamless IT environment. Lead and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and process improvements from conception to completion. Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. In collaboration with the Director, develop a comprehensive IT roadmap, including multiple software solutions, and execute projects to support business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance user experience. In collaboration with the Director, establish, maintain, and monitor the Foundation’s cybersecurity plan. Implement and maintain security measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access. Develop and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans to mitigate risks and minimize downtime in case of technology disruptions or cybersecurity threats. Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers. Develop and manage the IT budget. Provide technical support, guidance, training and problem-solving to assist end-users. You have: A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in an IT Management and/or Team Lead position. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems/business systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft (Teams/Office/SharePoint/OneDrive/Azure/Active Directory, etc.) Experience leading or performing Cyber Security assessments. A Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential is considered an asset. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Detailed oriented, organized, and systematic with excellent oral, written and presentation skills. In-depth understanding of business/IT operational best practices. Exceptional planning, organizing, and time management skills. Experience managing vendors. Healthcare industry experience considered an asset. Flexibility and a solution-orientation.
