Mainframe Programmer

Bilingualism: French required, knowledge of English not necessary Telework: hybrid, 2 days per week in the office Temp-to-Perm: Yes Looking for a senior mainframe programmer analyst (Centrale) in the Banking Transactional Assets team who will be able to perform the following activities: • Participate in the analysis and implementation of various projects • Perform reliable and efficient programming while ensuring the performance and quality of the system structure • Establish validation and quality control procedures, according to established development standards and norms, and perform comprehensive tests to ensure that the systems developed or modified are adequate • Update technical and functional documentation • Participate in the various testing phases throughout the development cycle • Help us evolve our development and technical documentation standards and norms. Prerequisites • 5 years of relevant experience in Cobol/DB2/IMS on the Centrale. • Knowledge of Central, COBOL, IMS/DB2, Easytrieve, IBM 390 • Knowledge of the MVS/ESA operating system, Windows • Knowledge of File-Aid, Xpediter, Endover, Spufi, Visual Studio Code, SonarQube and GIT/GITHub development tools. • Experience in the banking and/or financial sector desirable
