DevOps Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps to contribute to the development and deployment of an engineering platform that supports continuous delivery and enhances software development across various business lines. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update software development platforms (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Artifactory). Guide business teams in implementing DevSecOps tools and practices. Collaborate with development teams to align solutions with CI/CD needs. Support and maintain product roadmaps alongside solution architects. Write technical documentation and design reusable solution components. Ensure adherence to architectural standards in areas like software engineering, security, and data management. Maintain and oversee DevSecOps deployment processes and ensure their application across teams. Participate in technical audits and collaborate on architectural projects. Act as a technical leader within the team and supervise delivery efforts to ensure design integrity. Promote the use of existing components and assist in selecting external software or services. Provide ongoing technical support for deployed solutions and tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years in DevSecOps or related fields. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Hands-on experience with DevSecOps processes (AZ-400 or AWS certifications are a plus). Expertise in development tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub). Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence delivery teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience working with Agile, Lean, and ITIL methodologies. Functional knowledge of English; bilingualism is a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, Kafka, REST, and cloud environments. Knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.
