Who you are You are a Technology implementation guru with at least 5 years of experience in Shopify ecommerce and Salesforce environment, with a passion for delivering high-quality results. You thrive on technology implementation, enhancing features, functionality, and performance of a Shopify Plus store using custom themes, plugins, and integrations with 3rd party Apps, Salesforce, Custom Web Apps, Chatbots, and other applications. About the Role Work with Design & Marketing and Customer Care Teams to develop, and maintain our Tech Stack with Shopify Plus website and Salesforce at the center, ensuring it meets our business goals and customer expectations. Customize, enhance, update and manage Shopify: themes, templates, and plugins (eg. Recharge, Yotpo, Klaviyo) to improve website functionality appearance, and performance Optimize the store for speed, security, SEO, and conversion rates using best practices, apps, and tools: Google Search Console, AHRefs, Screaming Frog. Optimize website performance, including page load speed, responsiveness, and user experience, to increase customer satisfaction and conversions. Test and debug the website regularly, fixing any issues related to the Shopify platform and third-party integrations. Work with cross-functional Teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Care Teams to effectively launch new features and promotions on the website. Monitor website performance metrics and use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization using: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Product Feed (Google Merchant Center: Facebook, Bing, Pinterest, etc.) Work with IT vendors and Manage company's IT infrastructure (hardware, Software assets), Users, and Cloud collaboration tools: Google Workspace, Google Shared Drive Qualifications Bachelor's degree in, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of proven experience with Shopify Plus development and/or maintenance : Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Salesforce, Cloudflare and third party applications Strong understanding of e-commerce and consumer purchase behavior, with a passion for delivering an exceptional online shopping experience. Experience with Shopify’s theming system, custom development, Salesforce, as well as popular Shopify apps such as Klaviyo, Recharge, Yotpo, and Feed Generation apps Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX design, and responsive design Experience with managing users and administering IT local and cloud infrastructure and collaboration tools, eg. Asana, Teams, Google Workspace, AWS, Users. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues in laymen’s terms.
