$160,000 - $180,000 Base Bonus Benefits Established High-Rise Builder Developer Solid pipeline of projects This established, reputable High-Rise Builder/Developer are seeking their Superintendent, with a background working on High-Rise Construction projects, to supervise construction project site operations through to completion ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget while working to high safety, quality, and production standards. The role involves: Supervise and monitor day-to-day jobsite operations Manage work on site to ensure compliance of construction with the drawings, specifications, and safety regulations Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors and engineers to provide in-depth updates on progress, on-site field inspections, and project schedules Work closely with project management throughout the project to identify risks and minimize issues Review drawings, change orders, and RFI’s as required Experience needed: 8-10 years industry experience A construction related certificate, diploma or degree A background overseeing High-Rise projects The ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are looking to work for an established Builder/Developer, who offer an excellent culture and solid pipeline of projects that guarantee job security, please send your resume to Matt Hall at Taylor Ryan - matttaylorryan.com
