Senior User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities The candidate will have an opportunity to work in a mature UX Design team and be involved in shaping organizational UX standards, evolving Design system Components and Patterns, creating products and tools for designers to help elevate organizational standards. This role also requires frequent design community engagement for co-creation as well as intake and dissemination of best practice knowledge. Some of the key activities involve: Typical Activities • Crafting design briefs in collaboration with cross-disciplinary team. Defining problem space, strategic business objectives and design hypothesis • Conducting global UX best practice analysis. Drawing insights, identifying design conventions and shaping UX principles for design ideas. • Defining design direction using standard UX process methodology such as writing How Might We statements, defining Jobs-to-be-done and others. • Shaping visual design ideas, taking them from low-fidelity exploration to high-fidelity definition in collaboration with technology partners • Collaborating with a community of UX designers to co-create UX patterns and refine product UX solutions • Collaborating with UX research specialist to guide usability enquiries and overall strategic research priorities • Socializing design standards through community presentations and workshops
