Business Analyst (WalkMe)

Our client in the professional services sector is looking for a contract based Business Analyst focused WalkMe and creating better user experiences. Location: Hybrid 1d - 2d/week Toronto Duration: 9 months extension option Responsibilities Business Analysis Expertise: Act as an experienced Business Analyst, providing expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. WalkMe Solutions Experience: Leverage some experience with WalkMe, including identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience and designing effective solutions to address user pain points. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner effectively with stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment on project goals and solutions. User Experience Improvement: Understand user pain points and translate them into actionable WalkMe solutions to improve the overall experience. Written Communication: Exhibit excellent English writing and grammar skills, with the ability to follow a style guide and produce clear, concise documentation. Requirements: 6 years experience in Requirements Analysis 2 years experience in WalkMe 3 years experience in Business Process Design (P3 - Business Process Design) Strong communication skills, especially in written English, with the ability to follow a style guide.
