About the Role Reporting to the Supply Chain Associate Director, the Logistics & Materials Coordinator will support production operations by preparing shipping, and customs documentation and logistics arrangements for radiopharmaceutical products along with coordinating consistent flow of materials and ensuring there is appropriate inventory for the GMP and non-GMP production. This position will focus on contact with freight forwarders and clients to ensure timely deliveries of products to meet the client’s requests. What You Will Do Prepare shipping paperwork and labels. Assist in inventory control by communicating stock needs to Logistics Manager Generate and complete regulatory paperwork for deliveries of outgoing products, utilizing IATA knowledge of Class 7 transportation. Work alongside the Manager, Logistics to develop action plans for any troubleshooting problems and solve critical issues related to the facility. Maintain documentation to fulfill all customer, facility, Provincial, Federal and applicable International regulatory requirements relating to nuclear safety and cGMP manufacturing. Manage flow and inventory of material between different building and sites. Manage receiving for both products and materials. Monitor inventory for quantity, lot status and expiration dates as per QA requirements. Adhere to the Health Canada GMP requirements for sterile pharmaceuticals. Manage disposition of non-GMP and GMP Raw Materials. Maintain cleanliness of shipping area. Perform all other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Role Flexibility in schedule to support a 24/7 operational environment with willingness to accommodate shift changes based on business needs. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational skills. Ability to cultivate strong working relationships with external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual respect. Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize, manage time well, and multitask. Proficiency in the English language both written and oral and excellent communication skills; detail oriented. Ability to lift 23 kilograms Requirements Knowledge of IATA rules surrounding Class 7 Radioactive shipments is required. Certificate in supply chain or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications in business administration. Previous experience with preparing transportation documentation would be an asset. Experience with WMS and ERP systems. Understanding of WHMIS and SDS. Understanding of Good Distribution and Good Warehousing Practices. Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company is an asset. Working knowledge and understanding of GMP, OHSA, FDA, Health Canada guidelines as they apply to materials management. Knowledge or warehouse operations, materials management, logistics and supply chain.
