Skills and Responsibilities: •Proficient in the techniques that go into producing designs of complex systems, including requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection, and design configuration •Experience with COTS products in corporate applications •Experience to develop solutions on Azure Tech stack, SaaS, PaaS, Cloud native and cots integrations projects. •Prior experience with digital transformation of legacy applications •Finance knowledge to assess the impact of applied technology on insurance/banking business processes •Expert knowledge of computer or network systems hardware and software theory, practice, concepts and technology relevant to organizational vision •Proven experience in architecting and designing mission critical systems •Demonstrates expert knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes •Possesses a deep understanding and problem-solving ability of Information Technology of various scales, degree and dimension of complexity •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, (or related) or the equivalent in work experience •As a Solution Architect primarily responsible for capturing, analyzing and estimating customer business requirements and translating them into architecture that fit within the customers’ business environment and business objectives. •Experience in consulting, solutioning and execution of digital/cloud and data transformations initiatives •Experienced in working with business stakeholders to design Architect Solutions aligning business strategy In-depth knowledge in Migration data from Legacy system to Cloud platform. •Onsite exposure in building relationships with Clients, SMEs, Business Ops, Vendors and Functional Experts Passion for driving technology in delivering high value business solutions an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills; strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities Roles and Responsibilities: •Collaborating with corporate business teams to identify and drive opportunities for architecture alignment and reuse between corporate lines of businesses (Finance, Treasury, Actuarial, HR, Legal, Risk and Compliance, Operations, Procurement, Marketing) •Supporting and driving definition of key aspects of strategic architecture, identifying, and resolving gaps or key issues •Works with executives from various groups to provide architectural recommendations & guidance as well as executive-level presentations at the enterprise level. •Providing architectural direction and communicating architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies. •Delivers architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency to align with business strategy. •Partners with broader stakeholders in technology and business in defining architecture possibilities and future. •responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of the current and target state of architecture in this area. Key Responsibilities: •Collaborating with corporate business teams to identify and drive opportunities for architecture alignment and reuse between corporate lines of businesses •Supporting and driving definition of key aspects of strategic architecture, identifying and resolving gaps or key issues •Works with executives from various groups to provide architectural recommendations & guidance as well as executive-level presentations at the enterprise level. •Identifies and researches relevant technologies, performs proof of concepts/prototypes, and recommends applications of such technologies to future product architectures. •Analyzes and designs viable solutions to high complexity business problems according to user specifications. •Ensuring the quality and consistency of architecture artefacts across the embedded architecture domains (e.g. system flows, data flows, conceptual designs, and application/information models) •Contributing to standards, policies, best Architect.
