Our client in the professional services sector is looking for a contract based We are seeking an experienced Application Tech Support technician with expertise in leading digital marketing transformations in financial services sector. Location: Hybrid 2d - 3d/week Toronto Duration: 5 months extension option Responsibilities Digital Marketing Transformation Leadership: Lead digital marketing transformation projects, focusing on aligning marketing strategies with business goals and best practices within matrixed and financial services environments. Project Management: Oversee projects using agile , waterfall , and hybrid delivery models , ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to financial targets. Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success and achieve objectives. Client Satisfaction and Financial Health: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction while ensuring projects are managed efficiently, keeping financial health and accountability at the forefront. Requirements: Proven experience leading digital marketing transformation projects within matrixed organizations and financial services companies. Strong capabilities in project management , including experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels. Demonstrated ability to manage projects successfully, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining overall financial health .
