Webuild has won a new contract to deliver the Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations section of the Ontario Line and we are currently seeking an Integration Manager This position is a full-time 100% onsite position at our downtown office. About the Role : Reporting to the Systems Director, the role will be supporting the management of third parties interfaces within the transit and transportation network. The Integration Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the integration with 3rd parties on interface, requirement and configuration topics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of transit systems and inter-agency coordination. Key Responsibilities : Integration Planning and Coordination : Develop and implement integration strategies and plans to ensure seamless operation with third parties. Identify and resolve integration issues, including interface, requirements and configuration and change control coordination. Project Management : Oversee integration projects, including timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and quality. Systems and Operational Alignment : Work with technical teams to ensure that systems in the scope of PTUS are compatible and integrated across the Ontario Line. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication : Act as designated point of contact between PTUS and third parties. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to align goals, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders, including executive management, regulatory bodies, and the public. Risk Management and Compliance : Identify potential risks and challenges in the integration process and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including safety and environmental regulations. Work with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual or regulatory issues. Continuous Improvement : Analyze the effectiveness of integration efforts and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance integration processes and outcomes. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that could impact integration efforts. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. A Master’s degree is an asset. A minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation operations, project management, or a related field, with a focus on transit systems integration. Proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and agencies. Strong knowledge of transit operations, systems, and technologies. Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, including safety and environmental guidelines. Skills and Attributes : Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Working Conditions : Office-based with regular travel to project sites and stakeholder meetings. May require occasional work outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues.
