Superintendent – Wood frame Location - Vancouver Join a dynamic team as a Wood frame Superintendent, reporting directly to the Director of Operations in this role, you will play a pivotal part in representing our company's core values, ensuring project success, and fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment Opportunity: Providing to be a professional representative of the company’s core values and exhibiting these values daily. Creating and implementing strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensuring all health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to by all team members. Collaborating with the Project Manager and project delivery team to ensure project timelines and milestones are met. Reviewing project documents and contracts to ensure all procedures and guidelines are followed by all team members. Interacting and collaborating with subtrades, vendors and engineers to ensure all parties are on the same page. Providing to be a key mentor and coach to the junior team members and creating action plans to improve and develop their skills and abilities. Providing excellent customer service and creating new relationships. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of construction experience as a Site Superintendent. Ideally at least one 4 - 6 storey wood frame project 100 units start to finish. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related certifications. Gold Seal certification a strong asset. Proven experience managing projects $30 million and above. Proven experience managing projects from beginning to end. Strong operational knowledge of construction planning software’s.
