Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Project Management in the development and execution of project plans. Assist in coordinating construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Oversee subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Monitor and report project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety standards. Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical and design-related challenges. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in wood frame construction in Canada. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
