Amazon Connect Developer (Canada) Fully remote (Canada based) 12 Month Contract C2C (No 3rd parties) Canadian Citizens or PR only Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Connect and its integration with Lex and Lambda. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining contact center solutions using these technologies to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact center solutions, integrating with Lex and Lambda for natural language understanding and custom business logic. Develop and maintain IVR flows, agent scripts, and other components within the Amazon Connect platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Amazon Connect, Lex, and Lambda integrations. Optimize contact center performance and efficiency through data analysis and process improvements. Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon Connect features and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, engineering, operations) to deliver successful projects. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of Amazon Connect, Lex, and Lambda Experience with designing and developing contact center solutions Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) Knowledge of REST APIs and web services Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS) Knowledge of contact center metrics and analytics Experience with contact center automation technologies (e.g., bots, AI)
