Scrum Master

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a bilingual (English/French) Scrum Master on a contract-to-hire basis for one of our Financial clients. This role is Hybrid, 40% on-site in downtown Toronto. Job Description for Senior Scrum Master You would be part of a multidisciplinary team that develops applications related to account openings and investment profile management. Our client is at the heart of their digital transformation and are looking for a Scrum Master to join the team, collaborating with business lines in wealth management and capital markets - direct brokerage. Your role: • In SAFe mode, contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of functions that maximize value for our various business partners. • Facilitate the daily activities of an inspiring multidisciplinary team that adheres to best software development practices. • Diagnose problematic situations and ensure the implementation of solutions. • Support the product owner in prioritizing and refining activities. • Assist the manager by proactively raising issues. • Coordinate deployments with your team members. • As needed, act as an agile coach for less experienced colleagues. • Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators. • Support your team in managing interdependencies and blockers. Your profile: • Well-established experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years. • Bachelor's degree or other relevant diploma in the field, plus over 5 years of relevant experience. • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework. • Proactive, active, and responsive, wanting to help your team deliver. • Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit. • Ability to communicate issues, risks, and business objectives clearly. • Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Bilingualism in English and French is absolutely necessary, as you will interact with partners across Canada and abroad. • Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit.
