Tool Development: Build tools to enhance platform efficiency by automating and integrating processes, supporting end-to-end system functionality. Self-Service Solutions: Develop self-service tools to simplify processes and empower users, reducing technical support dependencies. Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, promoting best practices and contributing to a high-performance development culture. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to define project objectives, align on deliverables, and achieve shared goals. Requirements Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and React, with proven experience in developing and scaling software systems. Remote Readiness: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Bonus Skills: Experience with Kotlin is a plus
