Senior Technical Product Owner (banking/financial)

Our client in the professional services sector is looking for a contract based Technical Product Owner with experience in data-driven customer journeys in financial services sector. Location: Hybrid 2d - 3d/week Toronto Duration: 5 months extension option Responsibilities Lead Data-Driven Consumer Journeys: Develop and implement strategies for creating and operationalizing data-driven consumer journeys within cross-functional teams. Define and Manage Backlog: Own the strategy definition and implementation backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with technology, business, and marketing stakeholders to prioritize opportunities that deliver measurable business value. Agile Project Management: Utilize agile methodologies to manage projects, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with business objectives. Marketing Personalization: Leverage advanced skills in marketing personalization to enhance customer engagement and optimize campaigns. Business Casing and Prioritization: Develop business cases, prioritize initiatives, and manage project execution to maximize business impact. Customer Journey Design and Stewardship: Lead the design and stewardship of customer journeys, ensuring they align with strategic goals and provide value to the business. Requirements: 5 years experience as Technical Product owner, ideally in financial services organizations. Advanced skills in marketing personalization and designing customer journeys. Strong experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Proficiency with Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, and Azure DevOps (ADO). Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
