Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Mississauga - 3 days - Hybrid Term: 6 months contract plus extension Job Description: Proven experience analyzing customer data, identifying patterns and insights that lead to insights to tailor business automation rules for marketing efforts. Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, ADO Journey and funnel analysis Business casing and prioritization. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements ensuring personalization strategies align with and drive business goals and function within MarkTech stack (and/or identify technology gaps and requirements) Lead the development of testing agendas, testing personalization capabilities, analyzing the results, and synthesizing recommendations. Maintain project documentation and generation of reports to track the performance and optimization opportunities across the organization's personalization initiatives. Collaborate and integrate with Marketing, IT, Business and Data departments to ensure personalization initiatives are technically feasible and effectively implemented.
