Position: Bilingual IT Business Analyst Job Description: We are seeking a secret cleared, Bilingual IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for an immediate contract with one of our public sector clients in the Ottawa area. The BA will be overall responsible for analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing improved processes that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role of the BA will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and customer service, to understand their needs and translate them into innovative service solutions. Requirements: Valid federal government security clearance at the level of Secret or higher. Fluently (reading, writing, speaking) in both official languages: English and French. Holder of a business analysis program certificate or business analysis professional certification (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, CFLBA, CPRE, PBA) 7 Years working as a Business Analyst working in an IM/IT environment Experience working on large-scale IT implementation projects All candidates must possess a current and valid federal government security clearance at the level of Secret or higher.
