F&SCM Senior Business Systems Analyst

Senior Business Systems Analyst 12-15 months (potential for full-time conversion) Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid) 10-15% Travel to locations within Canada, the US, and Europe I am seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Finance, Quality, or Purchasing to support a major D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) transformation project. The role involves working closely with Product Owners (POs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and a Systems Integrator to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the system. Key Responsibilities : Domain Expertise : Apply your expertise in Finance, Quality, or Purchasing to drive success in the D365 transformation. Collaboration : Partner with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Systems Integrators to gather requirements and enhance system functionalities. Data Management : Lead data cleansing, validation, and migration efforts to ensure data accuracy. Travel : Provide onsite support at various locations across Canada, the US, and Europe. Coaching & Mentorship : Support and mentor Product Owners and junior BSAs throughout the project lifecycle. Testing & Validation : Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation activities to ensure a successful implementation. Qualifications : Specialization in Finance, Quality, or Purchasing processes. Proven experience with D365 F&SCM or similar ERP systems. Strong proficiency in Excel and data management. Experience collaborating with Systems Integrators on global projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience & Education : 5-7 years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in D365 F&SCM . Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management , or a related field. Why Apply?
